At Ethikos, we are looking for a Corporate Account Manager on behalf of our client, a leading multinational company in the chemical industry. This role is essential in managing and expanding key accounts within the food retail sector, providing specialized solutions to supermarkets, big-box stores, and convenience stores to enhance food safety compliance and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Account Management: Retain and strengthen relationships with corporate accounts, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts by offering tailored solutions.
  • Coordination & Service Excellence: Ensure the proper implementation of products and services, manage new store launches, equipment installations, and contract follow-ups.
  • Sales Strategy: Define and implement commercial strategies to enhance market penetration and long-term client partnerships.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Manage profitable cooperation agreements with corporate clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s pricing strategy.
  • Training & Advisory: Provide guidance and training to internal sales teams to improve service effectiveness for key accounts.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Food Science.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or key account management.
Good level of English
Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and corporate account handling.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or postgraduate studies in relevant fields.
Experience in strategic account management within the food safety or retail industry.
Proven ability to develop and implement corporate account sales programs.
Knowledge of pricing strategies, contract management, and risk control.
