JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of role:
Engaged to inspect the building, office, and equipment and assist with performing preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure their optimal functionality.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Core objectives include:
- Cleaning and upkeep: Sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, dusting furniture, emptying trash cans, maintaining common areas like hallways and restrooms.
- Fleet Car Maintenance: Wash clean and dry cars according to company standard.
- Grounds maintenance: Picking up debris, weeding, trimming bushes, maintaining and landscaping.
The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
Other duties:
Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

- NDIS Screening check is required for this job.
- Current Drivers License is required for this job.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates is required for this job.
