We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor looking to step up, for our Client's restaurant in Worthing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage floor service to meet guest expectations and ensure high standards of quality.
- Assist with hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling staff, as well as fostering a positive, productive environment.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for food and kitchen equipment, and manage cash reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
