We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager for our Client's Indian Restaurant in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily team briefings, assign floor sections, and set service standards.

- Train, mentor, and schedule front-of-house staff.
