We are looking for an experienced Indian Cuisine Head Chef for our Client's Restaurant in Dover, Kent. Sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Develop seasonal, creative menus and maintain consistency in quality and taste.
  • Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP compliant).
  • Control food costs, monitor inventory, manage supplier relationships, and minimise waste.
  • Create menus for all events, oversee administrative tasks including recipe cards, production schedules, SOPs, and coordination.
