You will be overseeing the team, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining the high standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service
Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to standards
Support training and development programs to enhance team performance
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly
Monitor and manage inventory, placing orders as needed and controlling waste
Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure staff compliance
Handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, performance tracking, and financial reporting
REQUIRMENTS: Previous experience in an General manager role within the hospitality industry minimum 2 years β fast paced high end restaurant
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a diverse team
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Passion for food, beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences
