We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter or Head Waitress to join our Client's team at an exceptional fine dining restaurant in London.

The Role:
As Head Waiter / Head Waitress, you will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team and ensuring that every guest receives warm, knowledgeable and highly professional service.
You will be expected to:

Lead and support the service team during busy shifts

Maintain exceptional standards of service and presentation

Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food, wine and fine-dining service

Assist with staff training and development

Work closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service

Take responsibility for your section and contribute to the smooth running of the restaurant
About You:
Previous experience in a Michelin-starred, AA Rosette or high-end Fine Dining restaurant is essential.
