We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our prestigious fine dining restaurant based near London Heathrow. The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding service, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. You will inspire and develop your team while creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury fine dining environment.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members.
- Oversee rotas, staffing levels, and labour costs.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a fine dining or premium hospitality environment.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Commercially aware with strong financial and operational management experience.
- Calm, professional, and able to perform under pressure.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong in Profit/Loss.
