Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Ensure consistently high standards of food and customer service
- Welcome guests and make sure they receive a warm and professional experience
- Manage sections and coordinate smooth service
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Train, motivate and supervise junior team members
