We are looking for a Snr CDP or CDP to join our Client's team at a hotel in West Wales. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards Support junior members of the kitchen team Help maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen Requirements: Previous experience as a Snr CDP or Chef de Partie or similar role Good knowledge of fresh food and high-quality cooking Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen standards Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen Reliable, hardworking and passionate about food A positive team player with a willingness to learn and develop Benefits: Meals on duty Gym Double pay Christmas Day TPBN1_UKCT
