We are looking for an experienced fine dining Chef de Partie for our Client's fine dining restaurant in London. The ideal candidate has to have fine dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards, ensuring consistency and proper flavour.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food orders, and reduce waste to meet budget requirements.
- Supervise, train, and mentor demi-chef de parties or commis chefs.
- Maintain strict food hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety laws.
- Be responsible for ingredient storage, stock rotation, and ensuring equipment in the section is in working order.
- Coordinate with other sections during service for smooth, timely food service.
