We are looking for an experienced and high calibre Restaurant General Manager for our client in LEEDS. You will be managing daily operations, leading staff, and driving profitability, ensuring high-quality food, service, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and training employees

  • Creating staff rotas
  • Handling customer inquiries
