The ideal candidate will:
Have experience preparing authentic Indian dishes.
Want to work night shifts.
Be confident with curries, tandoori, biryanis, and traditional Indian specialities.
Have excellent knowledge of spices, flavours, and cooking techniques.
Be able to work independently in a busy kitchen.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, quality, and presentation.
