We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our Client's restaurant in Central London.

Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Key

Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.

Handle customer payments and operate the till accurately.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.

Good level of spoken English.
