Roles and Responsibilities: Box Office Team - Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Box Office working as part of a team alongside our Box Office Managers. Our box office teams are not just there to solve problems and anticipate challenges, they are also equipped to handle all scenarios with experience and efficiency. You must be available for the duration of the event. Please note some shift patterns involve working a shift on Monday 17th August, but this can be discussed closer to the event when we are creating our rota.

You may not be working across all days of the event, however all staff will need to work on both Wednesday 12th & Thursday 13th August as these are the busiest days at the box office.

Skills and Experience:

  • Existing box office experience is a huge advantage, please ensure you add any relevant experience to your application.
  • You must have previous customer service, ticketing, or similar experience.
  • Being comfortable using technology will be an advantage for this role.
  • Enthusiastic, polite and confident.
  • A loud voice will be handy.
  • A good level of spoken English.
  • A love of working in the great outdoors!

Requirements: Candidate requirements:

  • Applicants are required to have availability across all the event dates.
  • You must be a British or Irish resident or have the right to work in the UK.
  • You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers.
  • You are required to stay in our Ethical Staffing campsite on-site.
