Lost Village is an immersive boutique music and arts festival set within a hidden woodland location in Lincolnshire. Combining world-class electronic music, live performances, wellness experiences, comedy, food, and interactive entertainment, the festival attracts thousands of attendees each year for a unique four-day experience.
Known for its creative production, themed environments, and attention to detail, Lost Village transforms the forest into a vibrant temporary community where guests can explore stages, installations, workshops, dining experiences, and late-night entertainment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Cashless Support Team – This role is predominantly a customer service position, where you are there to ensure ticket holders at Lost Village get the best out of their wristbands. Our team will answer queries and assist with card-only top-ups.
Cashless systems at festivals are on the rise and becoming a crucial part of the festival experience. This role is to help the public with enquiries about the system.
There are top-up stations throughout the site. This is both a stewarding and customer service role, managing the flow of people using the top-up stations and assisting as required. You will need to work independently, engaging proactively with ticket holders within the festival to ensure a fast and efficient service.
Please note you will be expected to work on all days of the event, however there will be some time off to enjoy the festival.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Great customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer facing roles at events/festivals is a huge advantage
- The ability to work under pressure in a frantic environment
- Previous experience in the implementation and use of cashfree/RFID tech is a huge advantage
Candidate requirements:
- You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
- You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
