Longchamp is seeking an HR Manager UK & Ireland to lead HR development, transformation and operations across circa 160 employees in 20 retail locations with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
You will report to the General Manager UK & Ireland and collaborate with the Group HR team in Paris to align local practices with Group policies, while maintaining a strong field presence and trusted relationships with managers.
