Objective:

Oversee daily operations, support team performance, help drive continuous improvement, lead by example, ensure high standards of work, help develop staff and improve process, contribute to a positive culture.

Duties

•Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve individual and collective targets
•Allocate work effectively and monitor workloads and performance
•Provide coaching, feedback, and regular one-to-ones
•Ensure policies, procedures, and quality standards are met
•Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
•Support training, onboarding, and development of team members
•Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives
•Report on performance and KPIs to management

Essentials

•Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others
•Confident decision-maker with good problem-solving skills
•Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
•Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
•Experience in a manufacturing environment
•Knowledge of performance management or KPI reporting
•Experience supporting change or improvement initiatives
