The successful candidate will be operating within a high complexity environment and demonstrate a sound understanding of a distribution centre processes and have a keen interest in robotics/automation.

Within the distribution centre there is a number of heavily automated elements, including robots therefore a successful candidate must have some exposure in operating automated equipment.

It is essential to have: Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving ability.

Experience with WMS / warehouse systems and stock control.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high complexity environment.

High level of numeracy and literacy.

Experience delivering against KPI targets.
