Warehouse Coordinator (Nights) based at our Telford site, working 12-hour shifts on a three on, three off rotation. The role offers an excellent package, benefits, training and development opportunities, and career progression within a positive company culture and collaborative team.
After completing your induction, you will join our large warehouse function, providing vital support to the wider company and customers. This is an excellent time to join the business, with opportunities for prospects, additional pay increases, and a long-term future.
Job Role and Duties
- Ensure safe working practices on shift and assist with any investigations into warehouse compliance on shift.
- Provide reports during team meetings on Health & Safety.
- Maintain safe storage and movement of goods.
- Assess team performance and the use of fleet.
- Manage goods in and out on shift.
- Ensure KPIs are communicated, met, and reported to Management.
- Use WMS to ensure dispatch and goods received information is accurately maintained.
- Use FLT to move goods as required across the site alongside the team.
- Identify and report improvement opportunities to improve Health & Safety, deadline achievement, and overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid CB and Reach FLT licenses.
- Excellent reporting and KPI management skills.
- Ideally, IOSH / COSHH certificates and experience using WMS.
