Key role and responsibilities for Warehouse Manager:
- Managing warehouse staff, performance and health and safety compliance
- Being responsible for the warehouse despatch
- Monitor the use of material handling equipment so that a safe and efficient working environment is promoted at all times
- Liaison with key stakeholders regarding progress, stock queries, etc
- Provide cover for deputy and supervisors in their absence
- Plan future capacity requirements
Minimum requirements for Warehouse Manager:
- Experience in a warehouse supervisory / manager role essential
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Working knowledge of WMS/ ERP systems
- Ability to lead and inspire your team for excellence and continuous improvement
- Sound knowledge of logistics and warehouse best practices
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Salary: £35,000 per annum
