Following a tremendous period of growth, this brand-new role will sit nicely within operations and be pivotal to further expansion plans. Ensuring products move smoothly from Supplier to Warehouse to Customer, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and spend, your ability to organise and multi-task will be essential.
Role responsibilities:
- Helping the manager to forecast and plan
- Keep on top of emails and calls regarding stock levels and customer orders
- Monitor Inventory and ERP system
- Ensure strong logistics and warehouse communication and administration
- Handle Import/export documentation
- B2B order management
- Quality management (overseeing testing and compliance)
- Systems and workflow improvement duties
