Telford office based, Monday - Friday, circa £30,000 plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Company pension scheme & Bonus Scheme.

Job role / duties:

  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Follow up and contact potential opportunities through cold calls, emails or LinkedIn.
  • Utilise CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Coordinate project activity and trade events to promote the business and create marketing initiatives in line with these.
  • Co-ordinate and arrange meetings, including accommodation.
  • Train employees on the use of CRM / SAP as well as providing ongoing support with system changes / new procedures.
  • Add as the link between other departments and Sales team.
  • Update accreditations, the training matrix and Health & Safety policies.
  • Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and supplier forms.
  • Ensure the database is maintained with accurate sales information.

To be considered for this role you MUST:

  • Have proven experience in this area of work.
  • Be able to multi-task.
  • Have hands-on experience of sales activity.
  • Be used to managing CRM data.
  • Have excellent working knowledge of SAP.
  • Be skilled with MS Excel.
  • Understand sales performance metrics.
  • Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
