If you would like to work in a small and friendly office where you will be kept busy and have great products to work with, this is the Customer Service job for you! Centrally located with great public transport links, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication, organisation and computer skills.

Duties:

  • Handle enquiries and update requests via telephone and email
  • Manage claims with manufacturers for any damaged or faulty goods
  • Ensure the CRM is accurately maintained
  • Support the Sales & Marketing teams with administrative tasks
  • Book in deliveries on to the system
  • Assist spare part packaging and dispatch when busy

To be considered for this role you MUST:

  • Have worked in a busy office based Customer Service role previously
  • Be adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Have good all round ability on MS Office
  • Be flexible to taking on additional tasks
