The Role:

  • Preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking and production processes
  • Operating machinery and production equipment (full training provided)
  • Filling, labelling and packing products
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
  • Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets

Minimum requirements for Production Operative:

  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced production environment
  • A good team player with a positive attitude
  • Willing to follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Previous food production or factory experience is desirable but not essential

Salary: £12.31 per hour PAYE, paid weekly

Sunday Shift Allowance £3.65

Monday to Thursday Shift Allowance £1.89

Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply

Working hours for re-work:

Sunday to Thursday: 21:50 to 06:00
