Location: Stoke on Trent ST4 / ST3
The Role
We’re looking for skilled MIG Welder with strong hands-on Welding experience to support increasing workload and long-term production demand.
The work is varied, practical, and engineering-focused
What we are looking for
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Weld accurately with minimal supervision
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Work reliably as part of a busy workshop team
Pay & Benefits
- From £14.00 per hour depending on experience, weld test, and capability
- PAYE, paid weekly Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding and fabrication of heavy steel fabrications
- Working from engineering and fabrication drawings
- Fabricating one-off and short-run assemblies
- Measuring, fitting, and assembling fabricated components
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish
- Supporting production output targets safely and efficiently
Hours Of Work
Day Shift:7.30 to 5.00 Monday to Thursday 7.30 to 12.30 Friday (41 hours)
or
Nights Shift: 6.00 to 6.00 Monday to Thursday (48 Hours)
