Role and key responsibilities:
- Assist with specific and general enquiries made by members of the public
- Act as the first face-to-face point of contact
- Operate all relevant computer systems
- Support face-to-face and electronic channel enquiries
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Undertake other general office duties as directed
Minimum requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with members of the public in a professional, polite and welcoming manner
Pay rate: Β£13.69 per hour PAYE, paid weekly. Statutory deductions for tax, NI and pension (if not opted out) apply.
Working hours: Monday β Friday 08:30 β 17:00
This role is commutable from the following areas: Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
