An automotive component manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK and the West Midlands require a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide assistance and guidance with all generalist operational HR issues. The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 5 with experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Package: £43,000 - £45,000 p.a. Site based role.
The Role:
- Generalist day to day HR support.
- Ensure visibility across the site developing relationships with all Line Managers.
- Support in training, team development and planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators against agreed standards.
- Carry out disciplinary and grievance activities.
The Person:
- Educated to CIPD level 5 or educated to degree level.
- Experience working in manufacturing (Preferably automotive) as a HR Generalist.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Empathic and active listener.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
