An automotive component manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK and the West Midlands require a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide assistance and guidance with all generalist operational HR issues. The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 5 with experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Commutable from: Redditch, Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge.

Package: £43,000 - £45,000 p.a. Site based role.

The Role:

  • Generalist day to day HR support.
  • Ensure visibility across the site developing relationships with all Line Managers.
  • Support in training, team development and planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators against agreed standards.
  • Carry out disciplinary and grievance activities.

The Person:

  • Educated to CIPD level 5 or educated to degree level.
  • Experience working in manufacturing (Preferably automotive) as a HR Generalist.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Empathic and active listener.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
