You will be using your exceptional communication skills to support the Sales team throughout the UK and be able to flex your organisational muscles to keep everyone on their toes.
Job role / duties:- Work closely with the Commercial Manager and field-based sales team on a daily basis in order to keep track of sales activity & forecasting.
- Ensure CRM is up to date with company information.
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities from research.
- Using email, calls, LinkedIn to promote the company service and products.
- Track sales activity in order to produce reports for the SMT.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing activity & trade events.
- Assist with coordinating projects including all the additional administration.
- Ensure understanding of the products / services in order to communicate value to clients.
- Ensure quotations are sent out promptly and followed up effectively.
- Be exceptionally organised and possess a strong attention to detail.
- Be used to marketing activity on social media.
- Possess experience with CRM software.
- Be able to use MS Office with confidence.
- Be a superb verbal & written communicator.
