Shrewsbury office based, Monday - Friday, 40 hours between (Apply online only) to suit. Up to £30,000 plus good benefits and excellent working conditions.
If you have a rural background in Marketing and want to work for an expanding company that already has 4 sites and would like the autonomy to put your own stamp on the company, this Marketing position is perfect for you.
The role will utilise your broad base marketing skills & ability and will involve the following:
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns
- Creating marketing materials
- Managing social media accounts
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop promotional strategies
- Market research
- Event coordination
- Monitoring marketing analytics
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the company's brand presence
- Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Possess strong skills in broad base Marketing
- Have good ideas for developing promotional strategies
- Be proficient in content creation & copywriting
- Ideally have some graphic design ability
- Be familiar with digital platforms
- Be able to produce marketing metrics
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Possess a degree or equivalent in Marketing
- Have experience of working in property services or similar business sector
