An automotive component manufacturer with sites across Europe requires a Reception Administrator to provide overall administrative and daytime security support for the business unit. The ideal candidate will have receptionist experience and be able to manage multiple tasks in a busy fast-paced environment.
Commutable from: Doncaster, Hull, Scunthorpe, Pontefract, Gainsborough, Hatfield, Goole, Selby
Rate: £13.93 per hour
Hours available: 7:30am-4pm Mon-Fri or 7am – 4pm Mon-Thurs and to 1:30pm on Fri.
The Role
- First point of contact for anyone entering the site.
- Administrative support for HR and the HSE department.
- Barrier control for entering the site.
- Control all fleet administration for the company vehicles.
- Raise purchase orders for the HR department.
- Manage and control access cards.
The Person
- Educated in Administration or a business-related qualification.
- Experience of working in a reception area.
- Extensive experience in administration.
- Computer literate; Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
