Telford office based, Monday - Friday, full time hours. Excellent package.

Job role / duties:
- Ensure all quotes, billing, customer & purchase orders, warranty issues, maintenance & master data procedures are actioned as directed.
- Allocate and plan field engineer's working day and communicate information effectively.
- Ensure any spare parts, plant and equipment is ordered and arrives ready for the engineers on-site.
- Ensure that all documentation, PPE, equipment, accommodation and travel arrangements are ordered and booked for Engineers.
- Ensure all planned work is carried out and diarised effectively in order to create successful workflow patterns.
- Create and present activity reports to SMT.
- General administration in order to support the Service Manager.
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Have experience of scheduling engineers.
- Possess working knowledge of SAP as well as be proficient with MS Office.
- Be a strong written & verbal communicator.
