Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the temporary industrial recruitment sector.
- Make outbound sales calls and conduct business development activities to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Pitch tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs and secure new contracts.
- Negotiate commercial terms (with guidance) and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth.
- Attend client meetings and networking events to expand market presence.
