Job role/duties

•Provision of business solutions to farmers and landowners
•Farm business management and diversification advice
•Assist with the management of in-hand farm portfolio
•Provide clients with practical advice on grants and subsidies including the profitable implementation of environmental schemes
•Prepare profit and cashflow budgets for business planning
•Provide practical and entrepreneurial advice on renewable technologies
•Manage and develop new and existing client relationships
•Support delivery of the business plan
•Assist the delivery of agreed financial targets and being responsible for managing own performance

It is essential you possess the following to be considered:

•A minimum of 2 years post degree experience
•A practical understanding of business, agriculture, land and property
•The ability to build a professional network
•The knowledge to manage a budget and workload to meet this
•Strong written and verbal communication skills & IT competence
•Access to a vehicle with insurance for business
