An automotive component manufacturer with sites worldwide requires a Quality Manager to drive quality standards and maintain a high level of automotive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment.

Package: £50,000 - £52,000 p.a. + Car allowance + Family Bupa + Bonus

The Role

  • Reporting to the Quality Director you will have the following duties:
  • Lead the Quality Team to support the business needs and maintain full focus on the Quality Team's development.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvements to the plant's quality management system.
  • Drive Quality core tools throughout the automotive manufacturing business.

The Person

  • Educated to degree level in a manufacturing or engineering discipline you will have the following experience:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Trained in IATF16949 lead auditor preferred.
  • Significant leadership experience.
