Working Hours: Rotational Shifts Monday – Friday 07:00-15:00 / PM 15:00-23:00, or permanent nights Monday to Friday 23:00-07:00.

Pay Rates:

• Morning shift: £12.21 per hour
• Afternoon shift: £15.87 per hour
• Night shift: £15.87 per hour

Refer a Friend bonus: £150 paid after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of work completed by a referred person.

Job Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious automotive manufacturer based in Hortonwood, Telford. We are looking for a number of production and assembly operatives to join their busy production. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term job and is willing to learn new skills in a modern environment.

Requirements:

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have good dexterity for handling small parts and power tools
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Be willing to learn skills & roles
• Have good communication skills
