Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Controlling the quality of product
- Responsible for the manufacturing assets
- Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed
- You will inspect, carry out and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions.
Minimum Requirements
- Highly motivated General Operative with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of the Shift team.
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines and problem solve
- Own transport required
Pay and Working Hours
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour/ £14.01per hour / £14.82 per nights
Working hours: Rotating
Morning shift: Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:15
Paid Breaks
Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 14:00 – 22:15
Paid Breaks
Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 – 06:15
Paid breaks
