An automotive component manufacturer with sites worldwide requires a Procurement Manager to lead a team of Buyers whilst also managing their own portfolio of indirect procurement. The ideal candidate will be MCIPS qualified and highly experienced in indirect procurement.

Package: 68,000 - 73,000 p.a. + Car Allowance % Bonus + Medical + Enhanced Pension
The Role:
- Reporting into the Director you will have the following duties:
- Developing sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
- Build and maintain strong working relations with key suppliers.
- Drive cost reduction projects without compromising on the quality and service levels.
- Lead and inspire a team of purchasing professionals fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
The Person:
- Educated to degree level and MCIPS qualified you will have the following experience:
- Previous experience in automotive or manufacturing indirect spend is essential.
- Experience in people management and leadership.
- Ability to lead negotiations and support teams.
