Job role / duties •Start and stop injection mould presses •Prepare tools & equipment for tool changes •Set up robot heads and load programmes •Report faults to tool-room & maintenance team •Complete job packs before & after tool change •Record any deviations •Support process improvements •Ensure safety checks are completed •Conduct housekeeping on machinery as well as routine maintenance checks •Use sling and lift Tools / cranes •Participate in SMED activities •Perform colour changes To be considered you MUST: •Be experienced with Injection Mould Tool setting and Robots •Possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Injection Mould and Tool Setting •Have an overhead Crane Operation Licence This role is immediately available!
