Ethero in Barton under Needwood is seeking a Multi Skilled Production Operative/FLT driver. You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, drive a forklift, and help ensure product quality while keeping the plant and adjacent areas clean. Working patterns include Morning 06:00-14:15, Afternoon 14:00-22:15, and Nights 22:00-06:15 (Sun-Thu).
Pay rates: AM £12.71, PM £14.58, Nights £15.42 per hour. Overtime after 41.25 hours paid at 1.5x.
