If you are a skilled plasterer and have worked with lime render or similar products and want to come off the tools and join a successful, innovative and very well-run business, this is the job for you.
Job role/duties:
- Answer calls coming into the technical office and provide advice and support for existing and prospect customers
- Answer and action emails into the technical inbox as required
- Support with product enquiries both internally and externally with a wide range of customer types
- Monitor & replenish sample stock
- Measure & mix up render samples ready for application
- Attend customer training days and provide practical demonstrations on product use
- Ensure product database is accurate and up to date
- Use MS Office daily as well as inhouse database
- Liaise with internal departments and assist where required
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Have worked as a plasterer or similar using wet product or lime render
- Have a good standard of computer ability
- Be numerate and literate
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Be a confident communicator face to face and over the phone
- Drive and have your own transport
