Mechanical Fitters x3 June starts available in Telford.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.45pm, Friday - 8am - 12pm.
3 months fixed term contract with opportunity to extend.
Hourly Pay Rate - £17.80. Overtime available at premium rates.
Due to the growth, our client is looking for experienced individuals with background knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic fitting.
Key roles and responsibilities for Mechanical Fitter:
- Hands on knowledge in the heavy assembly, build and fit of mechanical equipment.
- Solid understanding of a range of engineering techniques.
- Be able to work alone on your own initiative to engineering drawings, hydraulic schematics and instructions.
- Self-driven individual with flexible can do attitude towards changing work requirements and teamwork.
- Have a good understanding of safe working practices.
Minimum requirements for Mechanical Fitter:
- Able to work safely in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent time keeping and time management.
- Very good eye for detail.
- Experience within engineering environment.
