Job role / duties
•Prepare and analyse weekly and month-end margin reports
•Review overhead costs to ensure all relevant expenses are accurately captured
•Identify and investigate variances against budget.
•Analyse manufacturing costs, including yield performance.
•Collaborate with the Operations team to identify issues and drive cost efficiencies.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve stock control processes and enhance stock turn performance.
•Support the business with budgeting and to produce regular forecasts
•Produce daily and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
•Partner with departments to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
•Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline reporting processes, ensuring outputs provide actionable insights for the business.
•Assist with the preparation of monthly and year-end financial reports, including the IDL pack, intercompany reconciliations, and notes to the accounts.
•Maintain and manage the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
•Lead the preparation and coordination of the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders.

•Be CIMA qualified
•Possess experience in management accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
•Be highly analytical
•Have advanced MS Excel and ERP system ability
•Be an exceptional, verbal & written communicator
•Have worked within the manufacturing sector
•Be focused on process improvement
