As an HR Administrator, you will handle administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including managing records, recruitment logistics (posting jobs, scheduling interviews), onboarding new hires (contracts, inductions), and serving as a first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, and leave, requiring high confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Records: organize, update, and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (HRIS) and physical files.
- Recruitment Support: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and conduct new hire right-to-work checks.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: prepare new starter packs, deliver HR inductions, and manage exit documentation.
- Employee Relations: act as a first point of contact for employee questions, address basic policy queries, and support grievance/disciplinary processes.
- Reporting: generate HR reports, presentations, and metrics (e.g., turnover).
