Production Team Leader Permanent position Telford Working hours: 6am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

Annual salary 38,800.00 33 days of holidays per annum inc.

BH We are looking for experienced Dip Moulding Team Leader who will be assisting the production manager and lead a medium size team to achieve all production targets ensuring H Ensuring IMS (Integrated Management System) requirements are maintained and continually improved Monitor output v achievements v targets and react as necessary.

Ensure all team members are following up procedures including work instructions, risk and COSHH assessments, PPE requirements and process control documentation.

Working flexibility open-up, lock-up, turn on and off appropriate equipment for the Dip Moulding Area.

Alarm call-out possibilities.

Ensure the dip team meet the requirements of the weekly Intouch schedules.

Monitor scrap levels and react to/report any concerns immediately.

Ensure management is aware of any issue liable to affect or compromise the IMS (Integrated Management System) Maintain safety/environmental standards Ensure operators are trained to an acceptable standard, working with the dip team to get other team members trained efficiently To lead by example through a professional approach to communi...
