An automotive component manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK require a HR Business Partner to manage the provision of HR services incorporating employee relations, training and development and payroll. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience of working in a manufacturing environment. Commutable from: Dudley, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Redditch, Birmingham Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 p.a. Suitable for: HR Officer, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Officer, Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager The Role Reporting to UK HR Manager you will have the following duties: -As part of the Senior Management team, you will ensure that the plant meets the annual budget and contribute to strategic decisions. -You will be responsible for headcount in line with the business requirements from their automotive customers. -Ensure effective employee relations in line with business requirements via the Union. -Conduct periodic audits on time & attendance and payroll systems. -Conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings at dismissal level. The Person Educated to CIPD level you will have the following experience: -Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. -Employee Relations experience within a union environment is essential. -Computer literate in Microsoft packages and time & attendance systems.
