Job role
As an HR Administrator, you will handle administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including managing records, recruitment logistics (posting jobs, scheduling interviews), onboarding new hires (contracts, inductions), and serving as a first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, and leave, requiring high confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Records: Organize, update, and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (HRIS) and physical files.
- Recruitment Support: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and conduct new hire right-to-work checks.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare new starter packs, deliver HR inductions, and manage exit documentation.
- Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee questions, address basic policy queries, and support grievance/disciplinary processes.
- Reporting: Generate HR reports, presentations, and metrics (e.g., turnover).
Skills & Attributes needed
- High confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (HRIS).
- Understanding of basic HR processes and employment law.
