General Operative Ashby-De-La-Zouch, Leicestershire – LE65 Key role and responsibilities for General Operative To perform a wide range of jobs, from operating production critical machines to emptying and washing growing houses ready for the next growing cycle. To work under the Farm Supervisor to complete issued tasks To work within our guidelines, ensuring the necessary H&S Policies & Procedures are practiced To work in different environments, the majority of which are carried out indoors To ensure jobs are performed to the required standards within allocated times To report any issues to the Farm Supervisor or Farm Managers To harvest product efficiently, maintaining picking performance and quality levels To ensure your working area is kept clear, clean and tidy Minimum requirements for General Operative Physically fit and able to cope with a fast paced environment, multi-tasking when required Able to follow instructions with minimal explanation.
