Customer Service Coordinator Telford office based Monday Thursday 0830-16.30 Hourly pay rate £13.50 Initially 1 year contract ** BRAND NEW POSITION ** Would you like to work in the Telford base of a global business where you will be valued, receive excellent training, support and be kept busy with a variety of tasks? Working within a busy, friendly and supportive team environment and for a global electronics company, you will have responsibility for a variety of task once trained. Job role /details • Provide sub-contract quotes to customers • Manage and prioritise customer orders and communicate status • Answer customer queries and relay information • Release Service Orders to suppliers for outsource work • Liaise with logistics to verify order progress • Monitor job turnaround time to ensure customer SLA is met • Update internal system notes for individual jobs • Generate requisitions, purchase orders and overall scheduling • Review supplier quotes and order confirmation status to ensure orders meet customer timescale • Ensure all daily administration is completed accurately and in the time required To be considered for this role you MUST: - Be able to work in a fast moving office environment - Exceptionally focused and detail-oriented - Understand purchasing and customer service process - Have advanced IT skills - Be an excellent verbal & written communicator - Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills - Be able to learn quickly - Have previous work experience in office based customer service job To apply for this exciting position please call Anita on (phone number removed) or apply on line.
