To assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor to maintain, verify & monitor the Food Safety, Quality Systems & Product Quality within the business, to meet internal, customer & third-party requirements. To promote a Quality Culture within the business.
Location: Coventry
Role and key responsibilities for QA Technician:
- To carry out verification and monitoring of the production process
- Sample collection, testing and relevant corrective action for Shelf-life monitoring
- Ensures high levels of GMP and GLP are achieved at all times
- Works with the production team to reduce customer complaints
- Ensures traceability is achieved throughout the production process
- Thoroughly investigates customer complaints
- Verifies equipment according to the Calibration Plan
- Maintains neat legible records and reports equipment out of tolerance
Minimum Requirements for QA Technician:
- Basic Health and Safety
- HACCP
- Awareness of site GMO policy and requirements
- Experience in working with confidential information
- Internal Auditing experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Pay rate: £13.32 per hour
Working hours: Nights 4 on 4 off 19:00 - 07:00
